All Cars

Enter this code with the second controller.

At the Mode Select screen, hold TRIANGLE, then quickly press and hold R1 + L2 + R2, release them (don't release TRIANGLE), then press and hold R2 + L2 + R1. A noise will confirm the code.

Secret Cars

To earn the secret cars, satisfy the conditions below:

PCS: Clear the First stage within 4 min.
GTI: Clear the Second stage within 4 min.
DBL: Clear the Third stage within 4 min.
VPR: Destroy $1 million on the First stage and pass the level in the time limit
ELS: Destroy $2.5 million on the Second stage and pass the level in the time limit.
360: Destroy $2.5 million in the Third Stage and pass the level in the time limit.
F1: Pass the First Stage with no damage
PLC: Pass the Second Stage with no damage
TNK: Pass the Third Stage with no damage
GTK: Drive through the speed checker in level 2 at more than 114 mph.
SSP: Drive through the speed checker in level 2 at more than 144 mph.
RCC: Located in the back-left corner of the mall in level 3.

Subway Shortcut

When you get to the maze part in Paris you should be able to go either right or left. First you want to go left then you should reach another fork and go left there too. Then you should reach a white gate. Go down the ramp and then turn into the subway to save a LOT of time.

Third Stage Shortcut

Once you get out of the city, head for the spiral ramp. In the pillar you drive around there is a cut-out that is quite small, but can be entered with the VW or motor After that, enter the water area and drive straight to another ramp.
